Ingredients
- 6 soft boiled eggs 1 pound ground seasoned
Instructions

pork sausage or... 1 pound ground pork � teaspoon black pepper � teaspoon dried Italian seasoning � teaspoon garlic powder red chili akes, to taste � teaspoon paprika � teaspoon dried onion salt Boil water on stove.

Add eggs and boil for 7 minutes.

Remove from stove and put eggs directly in ice water bath.

Once cool, peel.

Preheat oven to 375� Divide pork into 6 or 8 pieces depending how thick you like your sausage eggs.

Wrap sausage around each egg.

The trick is to have your hands wet with water so the sausage does not stick to your ngers.

Place on baking sheet and bake for 15-25 minutes or until sausage is fully cooked.
