New Year's Cheeseball

Ingredients

• 1 oz wedge blue cheese
• 2 8-ounce pkgs. cream cheese, softened
• 1 6 -ounce jar Old English Cheese
• 2 tbsp onion, nely minced
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

   � cup parsley chopped, or � cup pimientos chopped, or a mixture of both Dash garlic salt 2 cups pecans, chopped Crackers Mix together cheese, onion, Worcestershire sauce, parsley or pimento, or a mixture of both, garlic salt, and � cup of the nuts.

   Mix together with hands.

   Form mixture into a ball and cover the ball with the reamining nuts.

   Chill and ser ve with crackers.
