Dough: 1 teaspoon yeast 2 cups warm water 4� cups our 1� tablespoon salt Toppings : Olive oil San Marzano tomatoessmashed Salt Basil Cheese Combine yeast, 2 cups our, and warm water.

Stir (or beat) until small bubbles start to form in dough, then add salt and remaining our till it forms a soft dough.

Knead for 10 minutes, then let rest and rise for 1 hour, or until double.

Meanwhile smash your jar of tomatoes. (If you can't nd san marzano tomatoes, any will do - I often just used crushed tomatoes).

Preheat oven to 450� Once dough has risen carefully divide into 2 balls (being cautious not to de ate).

Do not use rolling pin, but slowly work with your hand starting in the middle to create the pizza dough. (This keeps the edges u y).

Brush dough with olive oil, tomato sauce, basil, and salt.

Bake for 10 minutes.

Remove from oven and add cheese and any other toppings you like.

Bake until cheese is melted, about another 10 minutes.
