Cooked rice 2 Chicken breasts 1 can Cream of chicken soup Toppings: Chow Mein Noodles Mandarin oranges Pineapple Black Olives Slivered Almonds Shredded Coconut Peppers Tomatos (chopped) Grated Cheese Chopped Celer y Chopped Green Onions Any other toppings you want Boil chicken in 3 cups water in sauce pan with salt and pepper.

Shred cooked chicken.

Keep left over broth.

Combine 1 cup broth and cream of chicken soup in sauce pan.

Heat to warm.

Add shredded chicken.

Ser ve sauce over rice.

Add other ingredients as desired for toppings.
