Prepare the Ingredients: lightly salted water to a boil. Place a colander in the sink. pat dry. Add evaporated milk, remaining Ranch seasoning, and cracked black pepper (to taste). Whisk to combine, bring to a simmer, and simmer 5 minutes until sauce thickens slightly. The Ranch powder is highly seasoned, so no need to add additional salt. and mix thoroughly.

Plate the Dish: Mound mashed carrots on plate and form a well at the top. Add honey-butter into well and place a serving of green beans next to carrots. Place chicken in front along with Ranch-peppercorn sauce.
