Ingredients
- 4 oz chicken breast or tenderloins
- 1 tbsp Greek seasoning
- 3 cup romaine lettuce 4 ounces feta cheese
- 2 oz green or black olives
- 2 oz cherr y or grape tomatoes

� red onion, sliced 4 ounces English cucmber, sliced Olive oil Balsamic Vinegar Preheat oven to 375�F.

Rinse and pat chicken dr y.

Rub with olive oil and sprinkle Greek seasoning and salt on both sides of chicken.

Bake until internal temperature reaches 165�F.

Cool, then chop into bite size pieces.

Wash and dr y romaine lettuce.

Chop and slice all ingredients.

Add all ingredients to salad and toss.

Ser ve with a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
