Add slices to pan with zucchini along with marinara sauce and cooked farfalle. Place over medium heat and bring to a simmer. Remove from burner, add remaining Parmesan cheese, and stir to combine.

Cook the Farfalle: Add farfalle to boiling water and cook until al dente, 11-13 minutes. Drain in colander, return to pot, and toss with 1 tsp. olive oil. While farfalle cooks, start cooking sausage.

Transfer pasta to prepared casserole dish (or use: single-serving casserole dishes). Top with shredded baguette halves cut side up, and brush with Parme- san-garlic oil. Bake until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown, 10-12 minutes. Remove and rest pasta 5 minutes before serving.
