- 1 oz Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. Sriracha
- 4 oz Slaw Mix
- 1 ½ Tbsp. Gochujang Red Pepper Paste
- 14 oz Ground Pork
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped Ginger
- 2 fl. oz. Garlic Sesame Sauce
- 6 Small Flour Tortillas
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle,

Make sure your pan is thoroughly: pre-heated to give the pork a nice char; give it a few minutes to come to temperature.
