cup pure maple syrup � cup unsweetned cocoa powder 2 tsp pure vanilla extract 1 cup plus 1 tablespoon plain yogurt 1� cups milk In a medium bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, cocoa, and vanilla until thoroughly combined, with almost no clumps.

Slowly whisk in the yogurt and milk.

Divide the mixture among the ice pop molds, add the ice pop sticks, and freeze for at least 4 to 5 hours.

W hen you're ready to dig in, run a little bit of warm water on the outside of the molds to loosen them up so the ice pops come out easily.
