Ingredients
- 8 cup water*
- 2 cup corn meal
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sugar cinnamon, nutmeg

Boil 6 cups of the water. In another bowl mix corn meal & remaining cups of water. Pour into boiling water while whipping. Heat until it thickens, stirring constantly, add milk and sugar, mix well, then let stand for 5 minutes. Can also add cinnamon or nutmeg. Serve with milk or cream. Makes 8-10 servings. *-may use 7 C water and 1 C corn sweetener if available. If you use this omit sugar.
