Scrambled Dog

- 1 hot dog
- 1 tbsp shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp milk dash pepper
- 1 tbsp butter

Cut the hot dog into slices or little pieces. Break the eggs into a measuring cup or small bowl. Add the milk, cheese, salt, and pepper and mix with a fork until all mixed up. Stir in the hot dogs. Put an 8- or 10-inch skillet on the burner and turn heat to medium. Put the butter in the skillet and push it around with a pancake turner as it melts so the bottom of the skillet get all covered. When the butter is bubbling, pour in the egg mixture. When you see that the egg at the edge of the pan is starting to set, take a pancake turner and push it gently across the bottom of the pan. Let the eggs cook just a little more and then push the turner across the pan again. This pushes the cooked egg off the pan. Keep cooking and pushing until the eggs are thick, but still shiny looking. Then take the skillet off the burner(the eggs with keep on cooking for a minute or two after you take them off the heat) Put them on a plate and enjoy.
