Very Easy Lasagna

- 1 lb lean ground beef, browned
- 9 strips of Lasagna, Uncooked
- 3 ½ C(32 oz) thick spaghetti sauce
- 1 ½ cup water
- ½ C Mozzarella Cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup low moisture cottage cheese(1/2% or lower milkfat)
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup chopped parsley

Combine beef, spaghetti sauce, and water. Combine remaining ingredients, except lasagna, for filling. Pour 1 C sauce on bottom of 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Layer 3 pieces of uncooked lasagna over sauce. Cover with about 1 1/2 C sauce. Spread 1/2 of cheese filling over sauce. Repeat layers of Lasagna, sauce and cheese filling. Top with layer of Lasagna and remaining sauce. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350o for 55 to 60 minutes. Remove foil. Bake about 10 minutes longer. Allow to stand about 10 minutes before cutting for easier handling. Arrange 2 or 3 cabbage leaves on a large piece of aluminum foil. Put in pattie, potato pieces, vegetable. Spice with salt and pepper. Wrap securely in foil and bake.(this make a good food to take camping since it can be cooked in the fire)
