Ingredients
- 1 pkg lemon jello
- ⅔ C Lemon Juice
- ½ cup hot water
- ⅔ cup sugar
- 1 tall can evaporated milk
Instructions

Dissolve jello in water. Set aside to cool. Whip milk until thick. Add sugar & continue beating. Add lemon juice to jello. Fold into cream mixture. Pour into pan. Sprinkle Leftover graham cracker crumbs over top. Let cool. Note: It works better if you chill the milk bowl and beaters before you begin.
