Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients

• ½ Gallon Vanilla Ice Cream
• 1 cup flour
• 1 Jar caramel ice cream topping
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup chopped walnuts
• 1 cup melted marg.
• 2 cup quick oatmeal

Instructions

   Mix walnuts, oatmeal, flour, brown sugar, and melted marg. together. Spread on a cookie sheet and bake at 300o for a few minutes until light brown. Cool. Break into pieces and place pieces in bottom of a 9x13 pan. Spread softened(not melted) ice cream over this and add caramel topping over ice cream. Sprinkle the remainder of your mixture over the topping and refreeze. Cut and serve.
