Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ cup sugar
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 4 cup milk
- 7 cup flour
Instructions

Mix all ingredients well. Warm up a deep fat fryer with oil. Fill funnel with batter. Let funnel drain into hot oil, moving it in a swirling motion. Let cook until light brown. Remove with pancake flipper. Serve with brown sugar.
