Slush Cake

   1. 1 C nuts 4. 8 oz cream cheese 2. 1 C flour 5. 1 1/2 C cool whip 3. 1/2 C margarine 6. 1 C powdered sugar 7. 2 small packages *pistachio pudding 8. 3 C milk Mix ingredients 1, 2, and 3. Press into cake pan(9x13). Bake 15 minutes at 350o. Let cool. Mix ingredients 4, 5, and 6. Spread over crust. Mix pudding and milk. Pour over last layer(cream cheese, cool whip, powdered sugar). Spread more cool whip over this. If desired you may add cherries on top when serving. *May also use other flavors of pudding, but pistachio is my favorite.
