Secret Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 ½ cup white sugar
• 1 cup butter flavored shortening
• 2 eggs
• 1 t Vanilla extract
• 1 C Milk
• 4 ½ cup flour
• 1 ¼ tsp baking soda
• 4 tsp baking powder

Instructions

   1. Mix sugar, shortening and eggs. Add dry ingredients. Add milk and vanilla. 2. Refrigerate dough (note: this step is VERY important to keep dough from being sticky) 3. Preheat oven to 350o. Roll onto floured surface. Cut with cookie cutters. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Let cool and frost.
