Chocolate Refrigerator Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 ¼ cup softened butter or marg.
• ½ cup cocoa
• 1 ½ cup confectioners' sugar
• ¼ tsp salt
• 1 egg
• 1 ½ cup finely chopped pecans
• 3 cup all purpose or cake flour
• Fudge Frosting below

Instructions

   Heat oven to 400. Cut rolls into 1/8" slices. If dough crumbles while cutting, let warm slightly. Place 1" apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake about 8 minutes. Immediately remove from baking sheet; cool. Frost with Fudge Frosting.

   Mix butter, sugar, egg. Stir in flour, cocoa, and salt. Cover; chill 1 hour. Divide dough in half; shape each half into a roll 1 1/2" in diameter. Roll in nuts. Wrap; chill 8 hours.
