Broccoli & Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup water
- 1 ½ lb processed cheese(velveta)
- 1 ½ cup milk
- 1 bunch chopped broccoli
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions

In large saucepan, add water, corn starch, and milk. Mix thoroughly over medium heat. Stir in 1-inch chunks of cheese to melt. When all melted add broccoli & bring to a boil. Serve when broccoli is tender. Can be served over baked potatoes or rice.
