Ingredients
- 3 ½ Gallons water
- 1 bottle root beer extract
- 10 lb ice(or 1 gal.)
- 5 lb dry ice
- 5 lb sugar
Instructions

In large container(5 gal.+), add water, sugar and extract. Stir until all sugar is dissolved. Add ice and stir. Crumble or break in chunks 1/2 of dry ice. Stir to keep dry ice from sticking to bottom. Add remaining dry ice as needed for carbonation & keeping slushy.
