German Chocolate Cake Mix.... lol Coconut-Pecan Frosting: 1� cups evaporated milk 1� cups sugar 4 egg yolks, slightly beaten � cup (1� sticks) butter 1� teaspoons vanilla 2 cups shredded coconut 1� cup pecans, chopped Make cake according to box directions. (Or search the Internet for a recipe to make cake from scratch).

Bake in 2, 8 or 9-inch round pans.

Combine milk, sugar, egg yolks, butter, and vanilla in saucepan.

Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened.

Remove from heat.

Stir in coconut and nuts.

Cool until thick enough to spread.

Makes 4� cups.

Once cake is cooled, put half the frosting in middle, and the other half spread on the top of the cake.
