Ingredients
- 1 12-oz can evaporated milk � cup butter
- 4 � cups sugar 1 pound Hershey's milk

chocolate bars 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips 7-oz jar marshmallow creme 2 teaspoons vanilla 2 cups chopped pecans, optional Butter a 17x10 inch pan and set aside.

Boil together evaporated milk and sugar for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring constantly.

Break chocolate into small pieces.

Pour mixture over the chocolate pieces, chocolate chips, butter, and marshmallow creme.

Mix to cool and blend well.

Fudge will be less glossy.

Add vanilla.

Pour into prepared pan.

Makes about 5 pounds.

You can put nuts in half and not in the other half, if someone in your family doesn't like nuts -or omit entirely.
