New York Style Cheesecake

   Filling: 2 pounds cream cheese 1 cup sugar 3 tablespoons our 1 tablespoon vanilla 1 cup sour cream 4 eggs Crust: 1 cup graham crackers 3 tablespoons sugar 3 tablespoons melted butter Crush crackers and mix with sugar & butter.

   Press into a 9-inch spring form pan and bake at 325� for 10 minutes.

   Cream cream cheese, sugar, our, vanilla, sour cream, and eggs together till smooth.

   Pour creamed mixture over crust.

   Bake at 325� for 1 hour.

   W hen cheesecake is cool, remove side of spring form pan.
