   Brownie Mix: 6 cups all-pur pose our 4 teaspoons baking powder 4 teaspoons salt 8 cups sugar 8 ounces unsweetened cocoa powder Brownies : � cup butter, melted 2 large eggs, beaten 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2� cups brownie mix � cup chopped nuts Brownie Mix: In a large bowl, combine our, baking powder salt, sugar and cocoa.

   Stir with a wire whisk until evenly distributed.

   Put in a large airtight container.

   Label with date and contents.

   Store in a cool, dr y place.

   Use within 10 to 12 weeks.

   Makes about 15 cups brownie mix.

   Our Best Brownies : Preheat oven to 350�F.

   Grease and our an 8-inch square pan.

    Combine melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and BROW NIE MIX (be sure it is not packed down).

    Beat until smooth.

    Stir in nuts if desired.

    Pour into prepared pan.

    Bake 30 to 35 minutes, until edges separate from pan.

    Sprinkle or frost with Brownie Topper of your hoice.

    Cut into 2inch bars when cool.
