Ingredients

� ounce baking powder � ounce salt 8 ounces unsalted butter 12 ounces dried cranberries 13 ounces buttermilk orange zest Mix all ingredients together will a wooden spoon.

Do not over mix.

Roll dough out to � inch and cut into thick triangles.

Bake at 365�F for 20 minutes.

Coat will glaze, if desired. (Powdered sugar mixed with milk until desired consistency).
