Cranberry Orange Nut Bread

Ingredients
- 1 � cups our � cup sugar
- 1 � teaspoons baking powder
Instructions

� teaspoon salt � teaspoon baking soda cup orange juice � cup butter 1 tablespoon grated orange peel 1 egg 1 cup cranberries chopped � cup nuts chopped Heat oven to 350� Grease bottom of loaf pan, 9x5x3 inches.

Mix our, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda.

Stir in butter until mixture is crumbly.

Stir in orange peel, juice and egg just until all our is moistened.

Stir in craberries, and nuts.

Spread in pan.

Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 55 to 60 minutes.

Loosen edges of loaf with spatula; remove from pan.

Let sit at least 8 hours before slicing.

If baked in mini pans, recipe makes 3 miniloaves.
